Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable only for wrong or damaged products.
  • Proof Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video showing the product's condition within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • No Refunds for Size Issues: Refunds will not be provided for size issues, but you can opt for an exchange (see below).
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are allowed, but the customer will bear the both-way shipping fees.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

  • You will receive a confirmation call after placing your order. If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so during this call.
  • Orders can also be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email or phone.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
