5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for wrong or damaged products.
  • To qualify for a return, you must provide an unboxing video as proof within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Without an unboxing video, we cannot process any return or refund.
  • No returns will be accepted for size issues. If you require an exchange for a size issue, you will be responsible for both-way shipping fees.
